We are discussing a policy to allow vetted, trained, and responsible people who already have guns "in the hands" to keep them there. There is no 'putting', they are not inclined to drunkenness(else they couldn't get a permit,) and sorry, teenagers don't qualify.<BR/><BR/>And what exactly is 'the confines of an open wilderness'?
